EBS Student Council's board is elected by the representatives of every specialty. The purpose of the board is to achieve goals, stand for the development of the Student Council and motivate its employees during the one-year empowerment.

The board consists of three members - chairman and two vice-chairmans. They and the student representatives are responsible for achieving set goals. Each member of the board has obligation to be responsible for the institutions, their functioning and development.

The board has also obligation to take part of the EBS Senat meetings and to communicate with university's administration and departments, but cooperate also with many other organisations outside the school, like The Federation of Estonian Student Unions, Erasmus Student Network etc.

EBS Student Council has stood for students' welfare since 1994.
