Course leader is a nice EBS student, who is active, cheerful, enterprising and positive. He or she is a student from your group who you can address when you have thoughts or ideas regarding school, curriculum, student activities and other subjects that you are interested in. Even if you find yourself in trouble you can turn to him or her, because he or she always knows what to do or to whom you can go with your problem.
Why course leaders are needed?
No one likes to be the last to know things and probably a student hates that the most. Course leaders are a vital link between the Student Council and the student body. Thanks to course leaders the information can move both ways, so the students have the ability to point out the things that are problematic to the Student Council as well.
What does a course leader do?
He or she represents his or her course as well as possible. Gives information to his or her course about the things happening in school and puts forth the ideas of his or her course mates to the Student Council. Dependent on the activeness of the course once or twice a year some collective events could be undertook.
How to become a course leader?
The election of the course leader happens on the basis of freewill or on the basis of an arrangement. When the course has elected who the course leader shall be then it must be notified to the Student Council by coming to the Student Council's room 204 or sending an email at esindus@ebs.ee.
