• Dressing room for men and women (wide closets, sofas for relaxing), showers, saunas and water massage pools(5,5x3,5m)

• Trainings take place in small groups three times a week at specific time with an istructor 
• Trainer draws up an individual training and nutrition programme
• GYM
• Meant for independent training.
• Instructors working hours 13:00-21:30.
• Instructors have to watch the performance of the exercises and order in the room aswell. Instructors provide professional help (in the price).
