NGO EBS Student Council (here after SC) will conduct during the period of October 28 to November 17, 2008 a survey on content with the SC (hereafter Survey), during which a number of awards will be handed out (hereafter Campaign).
All Estonian Business School students, employees and alumni, who fill in the Survey in full extent before 23.59 on November 17, 2008 and have inserted an e-mail address during the completion of the Survey and have confirmed their decision to participate in the Campaign on the last page of the Survey, will participate in the Campaign.
The final draw will take place on November 21, 2008. The winners of the draw will be personally contacted no later than on November 24, 2008. For that date the names of the winners will be published in the Student Portal http://www.ebsikas.ee/.
The main prize of the draw is a package (with the value of ca 39 000) for two people, of whom one is the winner of the Draw and the other is the person chosen by the winner to be taken along, to participate in a training called "Breakthrough to Success". The SC pays the costs of the training "Breakthrough to Success", which takes place in London, Great Britain from March 20 to March 22, 2009 and the flight costs between Tallinn and London in the amount of 3500 kroons, also the taxes that come about while paying the costs. Other expenses will not be compensated by the SC. Other possible expenses concerning accommodation, local transportation or additional expenses concerning participation in the training, must be paid by the winner them self. The SC will assists in finding a free-of-charge home accommodation, but does not guarantee finding it. The winner of the main prize must confirm their want to receive the prize at the latest on November 28, 2008. The winner of the main prize is personally obliged to participate in the training. In the case of the winner not wanting to participate in the training or not being able to participate in the training, they must inform the SC of this matter at the latest on November 28, 2008 by sending an e-mail at esindus@ebs.ee and waiving their claim to the prize. In this case another winner will be drawn. The process of drawing will be continued until a winner who is interested in the prize is found. In case there are no cheaper flights than 3500 kroons (two passengers, back and forth plus taxes) then the winner has the possibility to choose a flight most suitable for them and pay the sum which exceeds 3500 kroons on their own. In case the winner does not participate in the training, but has confirmed their participation on the right time, then the participant is obliged to compensate the expenses of flight tickets and pay a penalty in the amount of 10 000 kroons, which must be transferred to an account given by the SC no later than March 31, 2009.
Additional prizes that will be drawn are:
a package of two tickets to Estonian Business School's ball (with the value of 1000 kroons);
four tickets to Estonian Business School's student council's 14. anniversary (with the value of 4 x 100 kroons);
five mementos with EBS symbolic chosen by the winner (with the value of 5 x 100 kroons).
To realize the additional prizes, the winners must come to claim them before December 5, 2008. Later the prizes can not be claimed. The latest date to claim Student Council's birthday party tickets is November 27, 2008.
The active members of SC are not allowed to participate in the draw (the board of the SC, members of the Representative Body, leaders of institutions, employees of institutions, members of the alumni body).
The SC has the right to declare the Campaign null and void, if the execution of the Campaign is impossible do to force majore or other circumstances not controlled by the SC, by informing about it in the Student Portal http://www.ebsikas.ee/ .
All arguments derived from the Campaign are solved under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Estonia.
